Ingredients

800 grams of potatoes
2 eggs
100 grams of cooked pork
100 grams of cheese
1/2 onion
Chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper
50g (1/2 cup) of flour

Cooking Instructions

Prepare the Potatoes:
Cut the potatoes into pieces and place them in a bowl. Mix the Ingredients:
Add eggs, cheese, onion, parsley, pepper, salt, and flour to the bowl with the potatoes after adding the cooked ham.
Create the Pancake Mixture:
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a well-combined pancake mixture is formed.
Heat the Olive Oil: Pour olive oil into a pan, ensuring even coverage.
Shape the Pancakes:
Using a spoon, shape the mixture into pancake shapes in the pan. Cook to Golden Brown:
