Whisk egg in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, mix together bread crumbs, cheese, pepper, paprika, parsley, and garlic powder. Heat a skillet to medium hot. Dredge the pork chops lightly in flour, followed by the egg, and then a coating of the bread crumbs mixture. Brown each side in olive oil in the hot skillet. (It takes 3-5 minutes per side.) Place in a 9x13" baking dish. Bake at 350°c for about 30 minutes, or until pork chops are done.
