Ingredients
1/3 cups (45g) all purpose unbleached flour<br />
1 1/3 cups (45g) instant dry milk powder<br />
2 tablespoons baking powder<br />
1 teaspoon baking soda<br />
2 teaspoons salt<br />
1/3 cup (45g) granulated sugar
Cooking Instructions
Measure all ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer. Stir to combine. Store in airtight containers before using.<br />
Instant Pancake Recipe:<br />
2 cups ( 256g) pancake mix<br />
1 large egg<br />
2 tablespoons oil<br />
1 cup (8 fluid ounces) water<br />
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Fry on lightly greased griddle until golden brown.
